Confidentiality

Confidentiality is key to the success of the coaching relationship and underpins all our work with clients. Confidentiality is where trust is established. We negotiate the coaching contract with both the organisation and with each individual client. Our contract with the coaching client is that the conversation is confidential.

Duration

We contract for a minimum of 6 sessions to occur over a period of 3- 6 months. Each session will take place at times and locations agreed between the coach and executive. This duration is only a guideline as we tailor the coaching programme design for each individual.

Support & Commitment

The coach will summarise the key points and agreed actions from the coaching session and email the executive within 48 hours. The coach is available for additional 'ad hoc' telephone support if the need arises.
The executive is required to commit to a minimum of six sessions.
A review will he held as part of the last session to determine the next steps.

Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements, as all of our interventions are tailored for each client . We are committed to sharing the journey of success with our clients where a % of our fees due are withheld until the agreed objectives of our clients are achieved.
