This means that we work closely with clients to develop bespoke programmes that are action orientated within their workplace to develop the necessary skills and competencies to become confident and successful internal coaches and consultants. Coaching is a competency not only for the internal coach but for all managers in an organisation to ensure an organisation has the ability to harness the inherent potential (often latent) to rapidly respond to the new challenges. Our approach is underpinned by sound organisational and individual psychology theory, which helps provide the content input into our co-designed programme but more importantly we ensure that these skills are practiced in real workplace projects and assignments, with observation and feedback to integrate the learning into a new way of behaving.
