Executive Coaching is recognised as a professional developmental approach which helps to unlock an individual's potential via a supportive and confidential yet challenging relationship between the executive and coach. We work one to one and where appropriate we adopt a group coaching approach.
Our Approach
Our coaching approach is creative, adaptive, challenging and results orientated. Our approach in the executive coaching relationship is focused at both the level of strategic interactions which are orientated towards a goal and the more interpersonal interactions that understand and enhance the connectedness and relationships to others.
We pay continuous attention to the context and also to 'what is present' in the immediate moment. We always coach executives in their business context - working with the commercial and organisational realities. We incorporate psychometric tools as required to assist executives in identifying the key areas for development. The aim is to help increase the executives' awareness of their 'way of being' in the world and help them to achieve insight of themselves, and how and what they are, as opposed to what they imagine themselves to be, in their various roles as leader, executive team member and as a unique individual.
We believe success requires a commitment for continuous experimentation and implementation of agreed actions from the coaching sessions. This ensures that both learning and increased awareness of oneself is integrated, to support the executive's personal growth and performance improvement.
Our goal is to help develop executives within the uniqueness of their own human authenticity and broaden the repertoire of choices available to them that will help them achieve sustainable change and improvement in an ever increasingly challenging organisational world. |
