Given the background of our consultants and executive coaches we are highly effective at facilitating events such as team away days, inter-department events, new project team formation and executive strategy days. We have a deep understand of group dynamics and employ various methodologies including our own 'Aspire, Act, Achieve' methodology that help realise the potential of a group as a whole while harnessing the uniqueness of the individuals.
We understand that teams and groups are made up of multiple realities and that individuals are shaped by their environment, but groups are also in contact with and shaping this environment- often not with full awareness and choice. We help teams and groups to stay open to the shifting nature of what emerges and then support them in appreciating difference rather than seeking sameness as a way to achieve their outcomes in a lively, engaging, fun and effective way that gets the best results in the present context.
We are challenging and believe that commitment without some deep questioning produces an organisation which has little identity beyond title and function, which can leave much unspoken and divert energy from a focus on delivering the organisational objectives.
We actively use experimentation to help teams achieve their objectives for the event, while in parallel supporting the development of new insights and a greater awareness of their intra and interpersonal relationships, a key competence for leaders and high performance teams (which is often a surprise for clients and it is experienced as benefit, often only realised in the unfolding work with clients).
Some of the benefits that teams and groups of highly effective facilitation experience will be;
- a deeper appreciation of their working relationships that will support future action
- a team that is more motivated and has achieved greater recognition of each others strengths and capabilities
- helps access and harness the latent creativity that can be mobilised into action for the o rganisation's benefits
- a cost effective investment to moving things forward in a way that models an adaptable leadership style
- a route to solutions that are creative yet analytically rigorous
