We are an executive coaching practice who are committed to making a difference

We are experienced coaching practitioners and organisational consultants who believe that organisational change and sustainable personal growth occurs when the potential of individuals and teams is realised. Our coaching and consulting practice is built on rigorous theory and research.

We believe that each encounter with our clients is unique

We pride ourselves in our ability to co-create innovative, yet thoughtful and robust interventions that are unique to our clients in helping them to achieve their outcomes. For us, this means our work is practical. We focus on how to actually do work that is accessible and experienced as useful by the client. As each relationship is unique we co-design and create interventions that are specific for our clients that are best suited to support them in achieving their goals.

We are different, creative and fun

We firmly believe in the uniqueness of the individual and the ability of every individual to fulfil one's potential when one is authentic. This also means we are optimistic and inject creativity and fun into our work with clients. We believe in focusing on the positive, identifying what is working well, appreciating that even more, while trusting that increased awareness will lead to change - in both clients and practitioners. You may find yourself accessing your creativity, problem solving, identifying your strategic direction or understanding how you can best work together as a team in the most unusual of spaces.

We believe that successful outcomes occur in relationship

This is true for both life in the organisation and our personal life outside. The challenges presented by resistances, power dynamics and other difficult issues in our clients and their context are transformed when looked at from this perspective. This means that we trust in dialogue and promote and encourage openness with the other, thus, enabling us to ask the questions that often remained unasked to ensure goals are met.

In our work we focus on the interpersonal and strategic inter-group relationships

We believe that change occurs in relationship to others and our environment, not in isolation to oneself. This means that we look at the continuum of interpersonal and strategic ways of relating from which an increased awareness of the individual and team's 'way of being' is achieved. We define inter-personal interactions as those that enhance connectedness, while strategic interactions are oriented towards accomplishing a goal. Hence, we harness our ability to create insightful conversations between individuals and teams while providing uniquely designed frameworks to drive strategic decisions and implement change that is sustainable.
